Work Terms

1. Availability:
I am available [X hours/day or full-time/part-time] and respond promptly to messages. I aim to reply within 12–24 hours.

2. Communication:
I prefer to communicate through Guru.com messaging.

3. Payment Terms:

I work on a milestone or hourly basis, depending on the project.

Payments should be made through Guru’s SafePay system for security and transparency.

Work begins once the SafePay fund is created.

4. Revisions:
I offer [2–3] rounds of revisions depending on the project scope. Additional revisions can be discussed at a reasonable rate.

5. Turnaround Time:
Typical delivery for small projects (e.g., logos, flyers) is 1–3 business days. Larger projects may take longer, depending on complexity.

6. File Delivery:
Final designs are delivered in high-resolution formats (JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, etc.) as per client needs.

7. Ownership & Copyright:
Upon full payment, the client owns the final design. I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio (unless NDA is signed).

8. Confidentiality:
Client information and project details are kept 100% confidential.
