I’ve held several product research and data entry positions that entail inputting customer requests, inquire, and tracking codes of products. I also perform administrative duties including answering telephones, transferring data, web research,phone research.
I do have experience product listing in Amazon with multiple variations and bulk uploading and I find the whole process interesting and exciting. I have experience in evaluating customer reviews as well as data-base (Excel) maintenance and spreadsheet construction. My email etiquette and communication skills are excellent. I have done product searching in Amazon and Alibaba too.
