I am a commercial real estate finance professional with approximately six years of experience across institutional real estate credit and investment banking.

I have underwritten and evaluated more than $3.5 billion of commercial real estate transactions across multifamily, industrial, office, hotel, student housing, and other property types. My experience includes acquisitions, development, refinancing, construction lending, transitional assets, and complex financing structures.

I specialize in building and reviewing institutional-quality financial models, underwriting real estate investments, analyzing debt and equity returns, and translating complex financial information into clear investment conclusions.

Work Terms

Available for both short-term assignments and ongoing engagements. I can work on an hourly or fixed-fee basis depending on the scope of the project.

I can accommodate time-sensitive assignments when agreed upon in advance.

For larger assignments, I prefer to establish the scope, required deliverables, assumptions, and expected timing before beginning work.
