I am a diligent and thorough IT project manager with demonstrable experience supporting IT-managed service Companies. I have completed a wide variety of tasks across Implementation Project Management, Account and Agreement Management, service desk Management, and Technical Engineering.

I use my PMI knowledge area expertise to assist in developing or refining your project documentation. This includes, but is not limited to, Project Chapters, Project Management Plans, Various Knowledge Area Plans ("Communication, Resources, Scheduling, and more."), Various Logs ("Assumption, Risk, Lesson Learned, and more."), the Scrum "Agile" Template, and Kanban Boards ("Lean").

I have experience with Microsoft Project, Asana, and Jira.


My experience across 14 years and over a dozen managed service providers gives me a unique perspective on management, functionality, and processes within IT Managed Services businesses. I have inside sales experience and am capable of building technology stacks to meet client needs to maximize service provider revenue potential. I manage IT projects for small and medium-scale businesses and collaborate on large-scale IT projects, providing needs assessments and managing scope, schedule, cost, resources, and other knowledge areas throughout project phases.

What I Can Do for You

1. Project Management—Build Project Documents, including Project Charters, Project Management Plans, and Change Control Procedures, around your service delivery and products. Create detailed work breakdown structures. Work with Technical Staff to Coordinate and facilitate the deployment of various Technologies using waterfall and agile methodologies. Train your technical resources to work within the PMI framework and manage projects.

2. Service Desk Management - Create and Improve Service Delivery Processes. Triage and Quality Control Service Desk Delivery. Ensure Workflows are developed to mitigate Tech mistakes and risk of SLA breaches.

3. Account and On-boarding Management - Develop checklists and processes for On-boarding new clients and Auditing current clients

4. Knowledge and Documentation Management - Developing processes for Knowledge Creation from the Service Desk and On-boarding - Continual assessment of Client Knowledge Repositories


Resume Summary

Project Management—including Client Onboarding and Offboarding Projects based on agreements and SOC and NOC Agreements. Ensure new clients are thoroughly indoctrinated into the Technology Stack and oriented into the Service Delivery process before handover to the Technical Service Desk Department or Security Operations Centre.

Build Managed Services plans and packages for MSPs. Managed Client Agreements and Proposal Review Projects. Worked with resellers and Managed Service providers to ensure their solution offerings maximized revenue potential.

Work Terms

9AM-9PM EST, Fixed or hourly rates with preference given to flat monthly retainers.
