I'm an independent CEQA practitioner with 7 years of experience at a market-leading California environmental consulting firm, where I managed 70+ CEQA projects and prepared documentation for an addition 40+ projects across sectors such as residential, mixed-use, renewable energy, and healthcare.

I work directly with developers and project applicants who need fast, accurate, and legally defensible CEQA documents. I specialize in drafting non-technical documents that move projects forward quickly:
