I am an Energy Consultant specializing in all forms of Energy, off grid and on grid systems, Energy feasibility studies, Design and Installation of Energy systems, Energy integration and sustainability, Energy investment options, Energy Efficiency, Energy Regulations and Legal analysis, Standards and Quality Control, Power Purchase Agreements and related Connection Agreements, Energy Management System (ISO 50001), Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001) and Information Security Management Systems (ISO 27001).
I have excellent skills in project design, management and implementation, data management and analytical skills, market and investment analysis skills at an expert level having worked with international, regional and local organizations such USAID-Power Africa projects and AFSEC –An African Union(AU) Arm responsible for electrical technical standards.
I possess 9 years in standards, regulation and policy development in the Electrical, Electronics, Energy and ICT sectors working with Zambia Bureau of Standards. I have well-grounded understanding and strong professional relations in the Energy and ICT sectors. I am also working with Southern African countries as the AFSEC- Southern Africa Regional Representative in supporting their electrotechnical standardization agenda and I have studied Renewable Energy Engineering from the University of Zambia.
I have excellent communication, planning and analytical skills coupled with research and report writing skills. I am able to take direction and maintain order and effectiveness in a complex and fast paced work environment. I am a team player, self-motivated, flexible and have a lot of international exposure with good public relation skills especially when in dealing with multi – ethnic groups.
