Work Terms

Business Hours: I am available Mon–Fri, from 9 a.m.- 6 p.m.
Response Time: I aim to respond to all messages within 2–4 hours during active business hours.

Preferred Channels: All project communication should be handled via Guru to ensure a clear paper trail for requirements and approvals.

Turnaround Time: Standard delivery for UGC is 3–5 business days after receipt of the product.

Revisions: One round of minor edits (text overlays, music swap) is included. Major re-shoots requiring a change in the original creative brief will incur an additional fee.
