As a long-time member of the health and fitness industry, I have had the good fortune to work with a wonderful group of professionals in a variety of disciplines. This experience in sales, operations, service, finance, and management has provided me with a well-rounded skill-set and a logical approach to planning, organization, and finding creative ways to identify and resolve business issues.

I founded the consulting arm of the business to maintain work flexibility and expand my relationships throughout the health and wellness industry.
