I have been designing and building websites now for over 10 years. I have built in many different formats but since the onset of some of the newer site builders I switched over to creating in those and being able to save the customer money as well as get their site up and running in a matter of days not long drawn out over weeks of building. Then I like to be able to hand the site over to my clients and they can manage the site on their own but I am just an email or phone call away if they need help.

My back ground is in Commercial Art and Design which has led me to building websites. My sites are always exactly what the client asked for and I have 100% satisfaction with all my clients and I also have links to sites that I have created. Working freelance now allows me a much better chance to work one on one with the client and not having to go through business channels.

Work Terms

I charge a flat fee of $1,000 for a 5 page website up to $2,500 for more difficult sites that require more pages. I also require a 50% deposit to start a project and the balance is due once I hand the site over to the client. I prefer to talk either over the phone or using Skype with my clients and if they are in the New York area near the City I can meet the client in person to go over all the details.
