Fixed-scope Excel and CSV consolidation with checked XLSX delivery

I provide fixed-scope Excel and CSV consolidation and structured data processing with a checked file as the deliverable.

My initial service covers either converting one supported CSV file to XLSX or vertically appending two or three supported .xlsx/.csv files that use the same set of column headers. The initial limit is up to three input files, 5,000 total data rows, and 20 columns. XLSX input uses the first worksheet. CSV input supports UTF-8, UTF-8 with BOM, and CP932/Shift-JIS.

Column order may differ between files; I align columns by matching headers, append files in the agreed order, preserve the source row order, and leave the original files unchanged. Unsupported or inconsistent input is reported rather than silently changed.

Before any Quote or Agreement, I review anonymized samples and confirm the exact input, output, scope, price, and delivery time in writing. Please do not send confidential or high-risk data. Requirements, communication, and files remain on Guru.

I prefer fixed-scope, text-first projects with requirements documented in Guru. I review anonymized samples before confirming price, delivery time, or scope. I do not require live-account credentials for this service. For a first engagement, work begins only after the Agreement is accepted and the agreed amount is funded in Guru SafePay.
