Experienced human resource professional, retired from government service, looking to utilize skills to help individuals and/or organizations grow and develop to the next level.
I have over 25 years experience in human resources, inclusive of personnel management, labor relations, training, compensation, benefits, job analysis, grievances and arbitrations, performance management, EEO/AA, diversity management, compliance and investigations.
I have approximately 14 years of online teaching experience for graduate and undergraduate classes in the subject areas of human resources, personnel management, public finance, and organizational leadership.
I am currently retired, doing consultant work for small business owners and looking to take on more work in my areas of expertise. My resume is available upon request.

My hours are flexible and I am available every day of the week. Payment can be by the hour, contractual or weekly.
