✅ Availability
I am available part-time and can work up to [adjust if needed] 20 hours per week. I respond quickly to messages and aim to deliver on time.

✅ Communication
I prefer communication through the platform’s messaging system, but I’m also open to using chat apps if needed. Clear and respectful communication is important to me.

✅ Payment Terms
All payments should be made through the platform in line with their policies. I start work once the order is confirmed or a milestone is funded.

✅ Revisions
Revisions are included depending on the package. Minor edits are free within the revision limit. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.

✅ Deadlines & Delivery
I always aim to deliver work on time. If any delay happens due to unforeseen circumstances, I will inform you immediately and adjust accordingly.

✅ Client Responsibilities
Please provide clear instructions, brand details, and any necessary files or access (such as social media login or content materials) before the work starts.

✅ Confidentiality
I respect your privacy and business data. All information shared will remain confidential and used only for the project.
