Hi, I'm Jake Jefferson D. Valencia, I am a people and service oriented, goal and result oriented, highly trainable and hardworking, very good in oral and written communication, can work well under pressure and with low supervision, able to work on own initiative or as part of a team, cooperative, and trustworthy seeking a position on a highly reputable, stable, & progressive organization, where I can contribute and continuously improve my professional skills and experience.

I am a University scholar holding a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Business Management specializing in Human Resources Management from 1999 to 2004 and also a degree holder in Associate in Computer Science from 1997 to 1999, with a seven-year work experience, wherein more than 6 years in the Education industry as an HR Supervisor, 6 months in a manufacturing company as Dispatch Supervisor/HR Admin Assistant, & 7 months in Sales industry as Business Solutions Specialist.
