My journey into the world of virtual assistance and academic research began with a simple truth: I have always been the person people turn to when they need things done right. With a degree in Security Management and Policing Studies from Kenyatta University, I learned the importance of structure, discipline, and ethical responsibility, principles that continue to guide my work today. Over time, I expanded my skill set by earning certifications as a Virtual Assistant and immersing myself in tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Trello, Canva, and more. I have supported a wide range of clients, from busy students and solo entrepreneurs to project teams, helping them stay organized, meet deadlines, and achieve real progress.
As an Executive Virtual Assistant, I specialize in administrative support, email and calendar management, research, and document preparation. But I also wear the hat of a Research Specialist, crafting well-researched content, summaries, and reports with academic integrity and critical thinking at the core.

Work Terms

I am available Monday to Sunday and remain highly flexible to accommodate the client’s schedule and project demands. My priority is to provide consistent support, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth collaboration across time zones. I am comfortable with weekly or bi-weekly payments through secure platforms and open to both fixed-price and hourly arrangements, depending on the scope of work. For communication, I prefer clear and professional exchanges via email, WhatsApp, Slack, or Zoom, and I am also open to using the client’s preferred tools to maintain efficiency and transparency throughout the project.
