Work Terms
Client Preparation:
Before work begins, please provide a clear description of the task or business process you want to automate, along with any existing Google Sheets, sample data, forms, reports, or Apps Script projects relevant to the project. Please explain the desired outcome and identify any specific calculations, workflows, user permissions, or integrations required. If the project involves an existing system, provide the necessary access or permissions for development and testing. All client-provided data, documents, spreadsheets, business information, and credentials will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and used only for the purposes of the agreed project.
Hours of Operation:
Available anytime on Monday–Saturday, at 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (Philippine Time, GMT+8).
Payment Terms:
Project scope, estimated hours, deliverables, and budget will be agreed upon before work begins. Additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed before proceeding.
Communication:
I prefer communication through Guru messages for requirements, project updates, questions, and documentation. I aim to respond within 24 hours.
Project Process:
I will review the requirements, confirm the scope, develop and test the solution, provide progress updates, and make reasonable adjustments based on the agreed requirements.
