By hiring me, you agree to the following terms:

• Work begins once the agreed milestone is funded through Guru.

• Please provide clear references, project details, and requirements before work starts. Changes after approval may incur additional fees.

• The agreed price covers only the deliverables listed in the proposal. Additional poses, expressions, outfits, assets, revisions beyond the included amount, or changes outside the original scope will be quoted separately.

• Included revisions are for minor adjustments only. Major redesigns, style changes, or changes to the approved concept are considered new work.

• Delivery estimates depend on project complexity, workload, and client response time. Delays in feedback may extend the timeline.

• Progress previews may be watermarked. Final high-resolution files are delivered after the corresponding milestone is completed.

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I retain the copyright to all artwork. The client receives the usage rights specified in our agreement. Commercial, exclusive, or full copyright transfer must be negotiated separately.

• I reserve the right to display completed work in my portfolio and social media unless an NDA or confidentiality agreement has been established before work begins.

• My artwork may not be used for AI training, datasets, image generation, or machine learning without my written permission.

• Refunds are generally unavailable once work has begun. If a project is cancelled, payment for completed work remains non-refundable. If I must cancel for reasons within my control, a partial refund may be issued for unfinished work.

• I reserve the right to decline or cancel commissions involving illegal, hateful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate content, or in cases of unprofessional or disrespectful behavior.

Accepting my proposal or commissioning my services indicates that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
