Talent runs deep in Janet's Family, as she is the sister-in-law of Joe Mantegna ( The Star of Criminal Minds) and the mother of Alexis Kendra, an actress and humanitarian.
Janet Peters just finished an independent film called Salamander where she played a woman who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Her narration for that piece was noted, outstanding. She also spent 4 weeks in Hollywood California feeling out the Hollywood Scene.
While there, Janet had the good fortune of meeting up with Jimmy Rooney Mickey Rooney's son, the voice of Mickey Mouse, and looks forward to working with him. A Believe it or not: Janet's Grandfather was partners with Walt Disney in Chicago where they had a cartoon studio and a booth at Chicago's first World fair.
