I was a technical/email, social media and chat support in the BPO industry for over 5 years. I am new to freelancing however, I am eager to learn new skills to contribute with the team. My previous work experiences afforded me with the crucial skills to work with some of the best professionals in the same field. Being an experienced employee has developed in me the right skills, enthusiasm and a true passion for the back-office position and has subsequently convinced me that being a Virtual Assistant/Customer Service Representative is my true calling.
