I’m a civil engineer with hands-on experience in construction and estimating, which is why I take accuracy seriously. I started on the site side, working directly with steel erection and project coordination, where I learned the real cost of missing quantities and unclear plans. That experience pushed me toward estimating using PlanSwift and Excel, because I wanted to help projects start with solid numbers, not assumptions. I value clean takeoffs, logical breakdowns, and outputs that actually make sense to the next person who uses them—whether that’s a QS, estimator, or project manager.
Outside of work, I’m naturally detail-aware but practical—I don’t overcomplicate things that don’t need it. I enjoy improving systems, refining workflows, and learning better ways to present data clearly. I’m the type who would rather deliver something simple, accurate, and usable than something flashy but confusing. When I’m not working, I enjoy music, casual gaming, and constantly finding ways to sharpen my skills. My goal is straightforward: deliver estimates and data you can rely on, because good decisions start with good numbers.

Hours of Operation
For my Part time setup. I am available Monday to Sunday, with flexible hours depending on project needs and deadlines. I respond to messages promptly and can adjust working hours for urgent tasks when discussed in advance.
Payment Terms
Payment is based on agreed hourly rates or fixed-price milestones, depending on the scope of work. Clear scope and deliverables are defined before starting to ensure transparency and avoid surprises. Revisions related to scope changes are handled through mutual agreement.

I prefer clear and direct communication. Updates are provided regularly, and I ask questions early to avoid assumptions. I value efficiency, honesty, and straightforward discussions to keep projects moving smoothly.
