I've transitioned from traditional, full-time employment to freelance work in Real Estate. My background consists of more than 7 years of experience, including working for small, medium and large entities.

I have managed paid search budgets of $3.96M annually or $330,000 per month, developed and managed Search Engine Optimization programs that achieved 1st page rankings on major search engines, nationwide.

Additionally, I've had the opportunity to develop complex Web sites with extensive database architecture and site functionality, manage a team of analysts who used the most advanced enterprise software available and learn incredible insights about the full cycle of advertising to conversions online and offline.

With a dynamic background, I've pursued the appropriate training and education in project management to become a service provider for Real Estate projects that harness the power of the Internet to grow business.

Work Terms

1) Proposal
As a way to address the project requirements, a proposal will be formed by the initial request for proposal or job summary and then additional information regarding the client expectations will be needed. Then a proposal can be provided in the form of a Statement of Work (SOW), a full document that outlines the project components, assesses cost and time requirements and other variables that affect the project.

2) SOW Agreement
After the detailed SOW is accepted and work begins, payments for large projects are made by milestones defined in the SOW. For smaller projects, an upfront non-refundable deposit is made and the remaining balance is paid upon completion of the deliverables.

3) Client Reviews
As a commitment to deliver only high quality results in a timely fashion, I ask for any feedback that will help me provide a stellar service. If the client finds any aspect of the services performed to fall short of expectations, then I ask that the client please notify me so I
