- CAD modeling ( SolidWorks ) with advanced surfacing and master modeling
- General mechanical designs
- Design for plastic injection molded parts
- Design for precision machined components with appropriate GD&T
- Automation and motion control implementation
- Design for rapid prototyping, including various 3D printing techniques and CNC programming up to 3 Axis
- Finite Element Analysis, structural, thermal, linear and non-linear (Large deformation, such as plastic snaps and latches)
Other things I can bring to your project:
- In-house Sherline 5400 CNC for small scale prototyping and fabrication
- Basic electronics bread-boarding including: Micro-controller programming, implementation of basic communication protocols (I2C, RS232, etc), servos, motor drivers, etc.
