I prefer communication via Guru messages or email, which allows for clear documentation and organised project management. Payment terms are structured to protect both parties and ensure commitment: typically, I require 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon project completion, or according to mutually agreed project milestones for larger projects. This approach guarantees that the client is satisfied with progress before final payment. For each project, I provide a detailed timeline, outlining each step from initial assessment and design calculations to PV layout, shading analysis, inverter/battery sizing, electrical single-line diagrams, and final deliverables. I ensure that all designs are fully compliant with industry standards, safe, and optimised for efficiency and performance.
