I am a Mineral Processing and Project Management Consultant with over 30 years of experience in the mineral processing area. Armed with Masters from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad, India in Mineral Engineering, an Accreditation of Project Management Professional from PMI, USA and a wide experience in Processing, Engineering and Project management with ores, of Iron, Manganese, Lead-Zinc, Chromite, Phosphate to name a few in different companies and different countries. All skilled in Consulting, Beneficiation Plant Operations, Process Design and Process Management, Engineering Management and Project Management and in Teaching and Coaching toward a rewarding career in Mineral processing and Project Management.

My Contributions in the processing of Ores of Iron, Lead-Zinc and Lead-Zinc-Copper, Chromite, Manganese, Tin, Tantalite and Columbite, Phosphate, in Pelletization and Sintering of Chromite Ore and extraction of Nickel from Laterites bearing mine overburden utilizing Mineral Processing Techniques including Crushing,Grinding,Screening,Classification,Gravity-Separation,Flotation,Magnetic separation, Thickening, Filtration, Tailings Management, Hydrometallurgy and with process equipments from suppliers like Metso, F L Smidth, Dorr-Oliver and others resulted in the respective companies having a telling Impact both short-and long-term in terms of Profits, Production, Customer base, Improvement in Work Culture, development of skills in the manpower to name a few. Possess management skills and the ability to analyze issues, devise continuous process improvements and incorporate initiatives to increase efficiency, streamline operations and decrease overall expenses with minimal resources. Proven ability to spearhead project lifecycle and support delivery of successful projects by ensuring engineering deliverables achieve quality, time and profit objectives. As well, drive partnerships through operational support & change management.

Work Terms

1.Hours of operation: 9.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m. IST
2.Payment Terms: Consultation charges : USD 150/ hr., and the payment terms would be provided based on the nature of consultation.
-If Telephonic consultation , payment need to be made within 2 days from the date of consultation.
-If a long term consultation either for the plant operations, engineering and/or project management, advance payment of 30% of the total consultation fee before the start of consultation and then stage wise based on the nature of the project. This would start after a formal agreement between me and the client.
- If a teaching or coaching assignment, based on the number of hours. Payment to be made based on the agreement with the student or person attending the session(s).
3. Communication: Will be in English. The medium can be telephone, email based on the nature of content and requirement based on the situation. If written content, based on the time spent on collating the information and writing. The payment would be @ USD 150/ hr. If a long term project, the communication style would be situation based.
