JP is a Leadership Agility 360 Coach from ChangeWise and educates leaders on awareness and practice of leadership agility.
JP is a Certified Semco Style Expert from Semco Style India. He helps building organizational capabilities for growing their business performance & people happiness together! JP is also a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) from Scrum Alliance and helps organizations in scaling agility.

JP is practicing entrepreneurship since 2010 and is one of the co-founders of Aritha. At Aritha, JP held a position of Director, Technology & Consulting. He was handling dual responsibilities till 2017. One is directing and managing marketing/branding initiatives. Second is leading the technology consulting & agile coaching BU.

Starting with eXtreme Programming (XP), JP is practicing agile and lean ways of working since 2003 with 23 years of overall experience. Over the last 16 years, JP has coached over 200 leaders & 3000 professionals as a part of 14 large-scale (scale: 200 to 80000 people) transformation engagements. As a Growth Leadership Coach, JP focuses on helping leaders aspiring to lead their growth journey using a holistic and framework-less approach. He helps them in building more adaptable, sustainable, and healthier organizations globally. JP has partnered with ChangeWise and its co-founder, Bill Joiner for coaching in global organizations.

JP’s most recent experiment is his venture into a leadership education and coaching firm, Agility Moments. He has founded this in 2019 to partner with global leadership educators and together, help leaders discover their micro-moments of agility and enable them to act amid uncertainty and risks. During the last 16 years, notable large-scale global organizations that JP has coached include Ericsson, Cisco, GE Healthcare, McKinsey & Company, Siemens, Swiss Re and Schneider Electric (including agility in hardware business, agility in supply chain and procurement and agility in contracts) to help them achieve better business agility.

For fun and relaxing, JP spends time playing with children, trekking, practicing martial arts and yoga.
