Working Terms for IT Hardware Freelancing

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Standard Working Hours: 9:00 AM โ 6:00 PM (IST)
Weekend & After-Hours Support: Available only for pre-scheduled work or emergency support at premium rates (typically +50%)
Response Time: Within 1 business day for all communication
๐ฐ Payment Terms
Rate: [$15 Per Hr. or As per Per Project Requirement]
Minimum Billing Increment: 1 hour
Payment Schedule:
For Projects Below $1,000: 100% upfront
For Projects Above $1,000: 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery
Payment Due: Within 7โ14 days of invoice issuance
Late Payment Fee: 5% of the total amount per week of delay
