I have been working, playing and enjoying myself for 20 years now as a Computer Engineer, building all sorts of awesome things from embedded airborne radar systems to iOS affirmation apps to Divi powered Wordpress websites, Azure cloud systems, and Firebase database backends. I have even tried to write my own stock market trading AI (hint: its a bad idea). I specialize at diving in head first to learn new tech with an enduring fire and producing an elegant, simple design that meets the business objectives you outline.

I have spent 10 of these years as the Lead or Supervisor or Chief Engineer of these efforts, so I know what its like in the trenches as well as running the show.

I am classically trained in C, C++ and low level OS code. That said, I spend as much time writing C# for Windows apps as I do writing Swift code for iOS / MacOS. I have toyed with NodeJS to write my own cloud functions when I need them, and long ago wrote CSS/HTML websites (so today I just use Divi+Wordpress to save sanity).

If I had to pick, my favorite language by far is Swift and the Apple ecosystem. It is a pure delight to write software for their platforms. Work Terms

I work very flexible hours, depending on the project and enjoy a fully remote and capable home office environment. I am easy to reach via any communication form, phones, messengers, texts, snail mail, etc.
