I've never encountered an IT issue I couldn't solve; sometimes, you just have to learn a little bit more to get there.
A handful of certifications, 10 years of professional experience, and a lifetime of being a nerd have given me all the tools I need to resolve IT issues.
I believe that every problem has a solution and ever solution can be learned. I have years of experience as an IT generalist solving problems ranging from issues as simple as a monitor that won't turn on to issues as complex as helping create and implement circuitry and code to change memory addresses on integrated circuits. The years and range of issues I have faced have taught me that the best way to approach a problem is the admit you might not know yet how to solve the problem, but you'll definitely go learn what you need to solve it.
I keep my skills sharp, I learn all I can, and I face new things each day. The best approach to problem solving is flexibility.
