I am a corporate lawyer with experience in M&A, private equity, and corporate advisory, now offering freelance contract drafting and review services. My practice focuses on preparing clear, commercially sound, and legally enforceable agreements that protect business interests while enabling growth.
I have worked extensively on transaction documentation, shareholder arrangements, investment agreements, vendor and service contracts, NDAs, employment agreements, and advisory matters. I approach every contract not just from a legal standpoint, but from a commercial lens — identifying risk exposure, strengthening negotiation positions, and ensuring practical enforceability.
Detail-oriented, responsive, and solution-driven, I aim to deliver documentation that is precise, risk-balanced, and aligned with business objectives. Whether you are a startup, founder, or established company, I provide structured and reliable legal support tailored to your operational needs.
