Hi Everyone,
I'm Jef, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. I've been working with various Companies for more than 10yrs in the IT Industry. This experiences includes, but not limited to:
-Sr. Technical Engineer/Technical Instructor for a SaaS Company (Genesys Telecommunication Lab)
-VoIP Engineer for RingCentral
-IT Service Desk for a financial Institution
-Tech Support for Apple and Panasonic

The various job role gives me lot of exposure to various application (ie. VOIP Applications, Salesforce, Zendesk, Network, Servers, etc). With these experiences and knowledge I'm confident that I can do the task at hand.
I'm very much proactive, I tend to ask a lot of questions, this is my way to wanting to know everything about the role, the product, and the team. By doing this, I know that I can gain the necessary information that I will need to do my role effectively and efficiently.
