Step out of your comfort zone to change

I am now looking for projects to be completed online - translation, interpretation, editing, proofreading, consulting.
I have been working both on site and as a freelancer before. Banking specialist with 7 years of experience in banking industry.
Within more than two years of experience working in prepaid, credit and debit payment card industry directly I possess deep knowledge of developing card products, acting as a mediator between the employer and card companies, and other third parties.
Documentary operations are another field of interest, where the main points have been customer service on the high level and problem solving, both achieved by means of profound knowledge of the subject.
Worked also in sales, managing them for both individuals and corporate clients, driven on improving and development of business.

Being communicable and motivated, work equally well in a team and on my own, reaching set targets, solutions driven. Gained experience of working in multinational environments and cross functional teams. Keen on learning languages as a hobby and having a relevant diploma, provide qualitative translations and/or interpretations upon request and subject to availability.

The main drivers are exceptional customer service, sales efficiency, customer and employee satisfaction, product development and management.

Having good analytical skills and strong background both in economics and languages (translation and interpretation), I show constant interest in self-education, continuous improvement of knowledge.
