My love for the written word goes back to when I was a little girl settled on the couch with a good book or my diary. In college I double majored in Mass Communications and English. I thrived on the distinctions between the studies: English allowed me to write unapologetically and Mass Communications taught me to be systematic and intentional. The dichotomies of the two have followed me throughout my career and have helped make me successful in indexing.

I have written for companies in both a public relations role and for newsletters and trade magazines. I understand the amount of heart putting pen to paper takes, and I remember that as I index someone else's words. My goal is to enhance the marketability of your work through a well thought out and intuitive index.

I work quickly. I am decisive yet flexible. I have a keen eye for detail, and I am able to see the big picture through those details.

Work Terms

I provide an estimate after seeing a sample chapter of the work. This allows me to understand the density of the text and estimate the amount of time I would need to build the index.
