I started working in a BPO Industry in 2003 as a customer service representative. 'been with Hinduja Multimedia for 5 years. Based on the feedbacks of the customers that i dealt with, they were really satisfied and got high scores for my CSAT That is why the company kept me for such a long period of time. I've had sales, collections background and I was able to meet more than my target each week or in a month as I must say. I have also handled Australian accounts such as Charity/Foundation and Appointment Setting. In all the fields that I have been to, I am proud to say that I was a top performer for several months, and molded to be really effective
