I am an attorney in Denver, CO, member in good standing of the Colorado Bar.
I specialize in international comparative regulatory analysis, corporate and contract law, blockchain development, business development, marijuana law and regulation, sustainable development, business and human rights, and estate planning. I am the founder of Blockchain Legal Strategies, LLC, providing legal and sustainability consulting services to blockchain startups, enterprises, and non-profits.
I am an award-winning legal writer, and have experience drafting contracts, service & licensing agreements, corporate documents, governmental filings, NDAs and other legal documents, White Papers, wills and trusts, and and operational agreements.
I am honored to have had the opportunity to study at University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where I graduated in the top 20% of my class. There, I led two student-organizations, and am particularly proud of my work with the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy as Managing Editor.
In 2016 I was awarded the Leonrard v.B. Sutton International Legal Writing Award, and have published two law review articles on issues of international business, trade, and investment law.
