I'm originally from the state of Oregon. I moved San Diego to get away from the rain in 2012. Since then, I've worked at Simplexity Product Development, Hewlett Packard Inc., and JP Engineering. JP Engineering is my own engineering company. I have 10 years total engineering experience. While at Hewlett Packard, I designed mechanisms for inkjet printers that are currently on the market. As an independent contractor, I've been involved in many areas including the medical industry, robotics, and consumer electronics. On my spare time I like to hike with my dog, work on my own inventions, and read challenging books
