Hi, I’m Jesselie, a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant with over 7 years of experience in administrative work, data entry, appointment setting, and personal assistance.

My professional journey began as a Clerk III at PhilHealth Corporation, where I managed records, processed documents, and supported daily office operations. I then served for 6 years as a Fire Officer in the Bureau of Fire Protection, where I also took on administrative responsibilities and supported the Fire Marshal’s office. These roles taught me how to stay organized, meet deadlines, and handle tasks with care and precision—even in high-pressure environments.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Philippine Time | GMT+8)
Flexible with hours depending on project needs.

Payment Terms:
Hourly or milestone-based via Guru SafePay. Invoices sent weekly or per agreement.

Communication Style:
Clear and responsive communication via Guru messages, Zoom, or chat apps (WhatsApp, Skype, etc.). I reply promptly and provide regular updates.
