About

Provide technical support to all firm not able to or not interested in developing in house design department or, have no enough time for converting design or need theoretical proof.

Experience Of Designing:-
1) CNC Water jet Cutting machines (1500 x 3000 to 2000 x 6000 table size)
2) Porcelain insulator OD. Turning (manual and CNC) (up to 3.6 mtr height)
3) CNC insulator turning and boring machine. (up to 4 mtr height)
4) CNC insulator cutting and grinding machine. ( up to 3 mtr length)
5) Insulator’s cantilever bend testing machine. ( up to 10 mtr height)
6) Insulator’s lapping machine, (Up to 2.5 mtr height)
7) Bulk handling and conveying system such as belt conveyor, screw conveyor, box feeder, been feeder, silo with charging system.
8) Fly ash brick making machine (Hydraulic Press for fly ash Bricks with material handling equipments). ( 50 T to 600 T Capacity)
9) Universal ware grinding machine for large basins & EWC
10) Injection Molding Machine.

In Field Of FEM:
1) Design and development of ‘CNC insulator outer diameter turning machine.
2) Optimization of plated structure of ‘Cantilever bend testing machine:
3) Redesign of column of ‘Cantilever bend testing machine’ using combination of structural steel and plated structure, for deflection at point of application of load below 2 mm, when 30 KN of load is applied at height of 3 mtr.
4) Analysis and optimization of plated structure of ‘Hydraulic fly as brick press’ body having capacity of 50 T, 75 T, 100 T, 300 T. shape optimization of cut outs of window of body based on acting cyclic load.
5) Design of storage rack for brick queering. Analysis under uniformly distributed load.
6) Analysis of Water Jet bridge structure & Arm structure.
7) Development of new water jet machine form concept level, cheapest of its kind with optimized light and stiff structured, all members analyzed and optimized with FEA tool. Reduction in cost of bought out items.

Work Terms

Will work for 4 hours daily.
25% payment in advance and remaining after submission of work.
Will transfer data through Google Drive or any other way (flexible for that)
