Business Setup

If you are starting a new business, I can compare the options open to you - sole proprietorship, general partnership, corporation, LLC and so on - and explain their details. Once you have decided, I can file the documents required by your state, prepare additional documents and obtain an EIN for you. Ongoing legal advice available as needed.

Contract Drafting & Review

If you have made an agreement but need it formalized, I can draft the contract for you. If you already have a contract in legal format, I can review it for you. If you need a contract explained, I can prepare a written memo about what it requires.
