Leading the team in the start-up of the Service Desk implementation project;
Support at levels I and II for users and the Help Desk team, with evaluation and review of processes, as well as issuing reports on technical and statistical support and systems service metrics;
Management of maintenance plans for all IT equipment and UPS, aiming at greater service availability;
Control of SLA levels with analysts, meeting the system availability index established in the contract;
Management using Active Directory, Wsus and Antivirus Servers with Symantech or Panda on Windows platforms (NT, 2000, XP, Vista and 2003 Server), as well as Office tools, Lotus Notes, Outlook and SAP.
