Point-of-Care Software Implementation Admin Support Virtual assistant Instructor

Through my virtual office, I will instruct Home Health Agencies in setting up and learning Point-of-Care Software from the Intake Process to the RAP and Final Billing through your GPNet or Ivans interface. I have had several years working with Home Health Agencies & understand the complexities of shifting from one software to a newer one.
Supporting & problem solving Home Health Agencies through the Help desk for over 800 users.
Created software manual & instructions for peripheral equipment.
Trained new employees in all aspects of the point-of-care software and help desk environment..
Indoctrinated new staff members to the procedures, complexities and standards of the point-of-care software, the help Desk and homework procedures

Work Terms

Hours of operation are flexible to accommodate the different time zones. I will schedule my hours to fit your convenience. You may communicate with me through email at Jmdesignz@comcast.net. I prefer a direct deposit as a means of payment, which will be $45 per hour.
