Job Profile as a Key Accounts / Finance Personnel
Formulation and execution of Finance policies and Internal Control System.
Integration of control functions to system.
Formulation of Finance MIS, periodic compilation and review of MIS
Preparation & Monitoring of Cash Flow & Budgets.
Managing Cash flows, Fund & working Capital Management.
Costing, Cost Control and providing information for pricing.
Bank Negotiations, import LCs & LG`s .
Periodical Accounts Finalization.
Liaising with Auditors.
Analysis of Reports against Budgets and reporting major variances.
Overall responsibility of the department.
Human Resource Management
Work with higher Management to contribute to Human Resource Management Issues including recruitment, induction, the planning and facilitation of training of staff and development, job descriptions, conditions of employment, etc. HR Record Keeping.

Risk Management
Regular follow up with bank for the fund arrangement and settlement against loans and Credit facilities. Work with the General Manager on risk management, disaster recovery & contingency planning. to assess, arrange & review all insurance cover. Process claims & maintains appropriate records.
Reporting Relationships
The Finance & Administration Manager is responsible to directly work with the Corporate Management / Group internal Audit controls team and General Manager. Also external Auditors

Work Terms

Any time Available upon demand , most preferred time is UAE time between 7 PM-11.00 PM. I am dedicated to work & service minded.
