Flexible working hours with a maximum availability of 5 hours per day. Working schedule is arranged by prior agreement to ensure focused and high-quality academic mentoring.
Working Style:
Mentorship-oriented and collaborative. I guide, review, and refine research content through structured discussion and written feedback rather than one-directional ghostwriting.
Payment Terms:
Hourly-based or milestone-based agreements.
Minimum engagement applies for research mentoring projects. Payments are required upfront or per agreed milestone.
Communication:
Preferred communication via platform messaging, email, or scheduled video meetings for complex discussions (methodology, model development, reviewer responses).
Ethics & Integrity:
All work follows academic ethics standards. I do not guarantee journal acceptance, but I ensure manuscripts meet Scopus-level scholarly quality and methodological soundness.
