Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation

Standard working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+7 / Jakarta Time)

Flexible arrangements available upon request, including EST / CST overlap if needed.

Weekend or holiday work can be accommodated with prior agreement and may incur additional charges.

2. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly or weekly, depending on the project scope.

Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, PayPal, Wise, or agreed platform (e.g., Upwork/Fiverr).

Invoices will be sent at the end of each billing cycle.

Work begins once an initial deposit (20–30%) or contract confirmation is received.

3. Communication Style

Primary communication via Email, WhatsApp, or Slack.

Project/task management through tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Google Workspace, based on client preference.

Regular updates provided:

Daily or Weekly progress reports (depending on client’s needs).

Response time: Within 24 hours on working days.

4. Confidentiality & Data Security

All client data, documents, and communications are kept strictly confidential.

Secure cloud platforms (Google Drive, OneDrive) are used for file sharing.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed if required.
