Hello, I'm John Andrew from the Philippines. I've worked in various roles such as IFC and PHS Support, Project Management Support, and Application Coordinator at Manulife Data Services, Inc. There, I refined my skills in data entry, data scrubbing, email management, and indexing. I also served as a Recovery Resolution Specialist at Optum, where I handled overpayments from insurance and patients, as well as account reconciliation. I was also a Bookkeeper Intern at Digital Bytes Financial Services, where I gained experience in estimation, invoicing, and managing statements of accounts.
I've attended In-Depth Training for Data Entry and Bookkeeping, focusing on QuickBooks Online and XERO, which significantly enhanced my knowledge. I am proficient in QuickBooks Online, XERO, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Discord, Salesforce, and Canva, I bring a diverse skill set to the table.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing Mobile Legends for stress relief, and I also find relaxation by visiting the beach. During long weekends, hiking with friends is one of my favorite activities.
