I'm a professional anime artist for more than 2 decades. I work as an assistant animator from TOEI Animation Philippines for more than a decade since the late 90's up to 2012. And part of the production crew in-betweener the likes of One Piece, Dragon Ball Z, Digimon, and many more. And now I'm focusing on Manga comics, concept art, character design, and illustrations. I do commission art as well. I can illustrate western characters like Marvel and DC.
-For illustration $25 per character with color. $25 background -For Manga $40 per page black and white only. With color $50.-50% downpayment for lay-outs -50% for final submission-accepting 2 reviews only for corrections, retake, fix-ups, etc.
