My task, regarding creativity, is to help children climb their own mountains, as high as possible. No one can do more.

I am JOHN PAUL AYUPAN ADIL a filipino citizen and a Math Teacher both Primary and High School category. I have completed all requirements for the Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with 21 units in Education at Notre Dame University. I am a former faculty of Manado International School,Tunas Muda International School, an IB School (MYP and DP Program), Coordinator of Kinderfield International School ( Primary Math teacher Grade 4-6) , Cambridge Curriculum Coordinator and a Math Teacher in Golden Christian International School and currently a Math teacher at Cita Hati Christian School ( Cambridge and an IB School) here in Surabaya, Indonesia.

During student teaching in my field of experience, I worked with students at the primary and secondary level teaching Mathematics, I value individuality, and strive to meet the needs of each student. To accomplish this, I use a variety of hands-on activities and different teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles. I also recognize the importance of trust, and successfully established relationships with students that resulted in a safe and comfortable yet challenging, learning environment.

I am hard working and enthusiastic, quick to build rapport and trust with my students and colleagues alike.
