I am a degreed engineer and proven leader with over three decades of experience including successful leadership in operations (VP), engineering, energy, project management, quality assurance, continuous improvement (LEAN), facilities management, training, manufacturing, consulting, technical sales and starting new business units.
My career includes work in a variety of environments including high volume manufacturing, automotive, automated assembly, clothing, commercial appliance, energy services, metal fabrication, plastic & aluminum molding, paint & coatings, welding, woodwork, and distribution. This also includes the development of a contracted services business, project development & management, lighting business development, sales & marketing, and engineering & energy consulting.
Over my career, I have developed a vast array of documents, many of which include: case studies, capital equipment justifications, business plans, strategic plans, work instructions, training presentations on a variety of topics, project management, job descriptions, quality analysis’, marketing materials, problem solving responses & technical reports, customer sales proposals (hundreds), and several training presentations on a variety of topics including Strategic Planning, QOS, 8-D, Lean, Auditing, Contract Sales, EPAct Sec. 179d, turnkey energy services, and new energy auditing software. I was also tasked with bringing online several computer systems including modules in MAPICS (AS400) and SAP as well as programming industrial robots.
I was fortunate to have parents who exposed me to a plethora of hobbies, skills, and unique experiences. As a result, my writing includes thousands of social media posts, blogs, speeches, and several training programs on a cross-section of topics. My hobbies include: hunting, fishing, woodworking, gardening, reading, weights, and all sorts of indoor & outdoor sports. I am also a master scuba diver, licensed minister, movie extra, ect.
