This is my third payment for ongoing involvement and if I see John's contribution, it is in line (or exceeding actually) my expectations. There are two types of freelancers I have seen - Someone who charges for hours or set of deliverable vs., someone who takes the ownership, initiatives and still delivers value - I prefer later kind and John is exactly like that.
