Work Terms

We operate Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM CET. Our team manages all client communication promptly — you'll always have someone to coordinate with, not just wait on. All engagements are fixed-scope with clear deliverables agreed upfront — no open-ended hourly billing. We prefer milestone-based payments via SafePay. Initial scoping is done via a 30-minute discovery call, coordinated by our team. Communication is primarily through Guru WorkRoom and email, with scheduled video calls as needed.
