Work Terms
HOURS OF OPERATION:
I am available Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (WAT/GMT+1). I can adjust to client time zones upon request.
AVAILABILITY:
Available for both short-term and long-term projects. I can dedicate up to 30 hours per week.
PAYMENT TERMS:
● I prefer milestone-based payments for large projects
● Full payment upfront for small, quick tasks
● All payments processed securely through Guru SafePay
TURNAROUND TIME:
● Small tasks (reports, summaries): 1–3 days
● Medium projects (research, analysis): 3–7 days
● Large projects: Timeline agreed upon before starting
COMMUNICATION STYLE:
I prefer clear, written communication via Guru messages. I respond within 12–24 hours and provide regular progress updates throughout the project.
REVISION POLICY:
I offer up to 2 free revisions per project to ensure client satisfaction.
