About

Practical business agreements and contract review for founders and small companies

I work with founders, consultants, real estate investors, and closely held businesses on practical business agreements and contract review.

I bring over 20 years of experience working with operating agreements, partnership arrangements, governance documents, and commercial contracts. Clients value my ability to combine legal precision with practical business judgment — and to explain documents in plain English.

While I am new to Guru, I am not new to this work. I have successfully supported clients through freelance and advisory engagements for many years, including custom drafting and complex document reviews for growing businesses.

I am not acting as your attorney, but I bring deep experience working with these documents and regularly collaborate with business owners and, when appropriate, their counsel.

Clients often come to me to fix template-based agreements, identify risks before signing, or clean up documents after changes in ownership or control.

I work efficiently, communicate clearly, and respect deadlines.

Work Terms

I work on both hourly and fixed-fee projects, depending on scope.

I prefer to clarify goals and deliverables at the start of each project to avoid surprises. Communication is handled through Guru messaging, and I aim to respond promptly during normal U.S. business hours.

If a project scope is unclear, starting with a short review is often the most efficient first step.
